Dhyan Kumar Pasi is a highly skilled and multifaceted professional with over 16 years of experience in product development and leading large teams of engineers. He currently serves as a Project Lead at Honeywell, where he is responsible for delivering advanced engineering and managing customer and internal stakeholder relationships. Dhyan is an experienced systems architect with hands-on experience in integrating and developing distributed telecom billing systems and application software catering to the telecom industry. He is proficient in forming, mentoring, and developing high-performing and motivated teams to meet business objectives. Dhyan has a strong academic background in software development, with an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and an MCA from Dibrugarh University. In addition, Dhyan has worked as a Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for creating GSM subscriptions with basic and supplementary features in HLR and provisioning voice mail and SMS services to VMS and SMSC. Dhyan's tech stack includes senior software engineering, testing, software engineering, infrastructure, and backend development.
